TERMS & CONDITIONS - East Herts Gymnastics Club Parties

Our parties give customers access to our Gym facilities for 1 hour followed by 45 minutes in the entrance area for food and drinks. We offer structured parties for children 5+ and unstructured parties for children aged 0-4.

5+ parties

These parties are led by qualified coaches, children will be split into groups and will take part in a fun gymnastics class, followed by a game.

0-4 parties

These parties are unstructured and supervised by the parents/guardians at all times inside the Gym.

You will have use of all the equipment and soft play which will be set out for you.

All parties are responsible for providing the food and drinks as well as tidying up afterwards.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Ensure you do not have more children than you have booked for (no more than 20 children). You can arrive 15 minutes before the party time (the family hosting). The party guests will be let in just after your arrival. Children under 5 should be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for the child during the party. We do not have the facility for you to bring external entertainers. Due to safety reasons you can not bring your own electrical equipment.

WHAT TO WEAR

Please ensure that party guests are wearing appropriate gymnastics attire. No jeans/denim with a metal stud button as it gouges the wooden bars. Long hair should ideally be tied up. Jewellery, watches, and fit bits cannot be worn.

INSIDE THE GYM

There must be no food or drink on the gym floor. There is a nappy changing mat, please do not change nappies on the gym floor. Nappies must be put in a nappy bag and placed in the toilet bin.

TIMINGS

Because we run classes all day it’s important that timings are stuck to. If you do not agree with these timings please do not book this party. You have a couple of choices for the party 12:00-13:45 or 15:00-16:45. The party is from 12:00/15:00 until 13:45/16:45. You can arrive at 11:45/14:45 to set up and need to be away by 14:00/17:00. We have classes before this time so entry will not be possible earlier. You have 1 hour in the gym. All the children in your party are supervised by you and your adult guests, unless it is a 5+ structured party where the coaches will take responsibility for the children for the 1 hour gymnastics class. After this the children will be handed over to the responsible adults. You have 45 minutes to have food/drink etc. We suggest 30 minutes is adequate time to eat and drink which leaves 15 minutes to organise the children to depart before 13:45/16:45. If you stay longer than your allotted time East Herts Gymnastics reserves the right to charge you a fee of £50 for each additional 30 minutes. You and your guests must be ready to leave at your allocated time as we have other party guests and drop-in sessions to consider.
